If I had seen this in 2008, it would be my favourite film of that year. That's the year of Dark Knight, Wall-E, Let The Right One In, Slumdog, etc. Right now, every other movie in 2009 has a lot to catch up to. This isn't a just a movie. It is a living, breathing tribute to the art of filmaking via the art of honouring those who have passed on. And much, much more. There are just so many facets to this simple, yet infinitely complex essay. The finest tribute I can think of - it soaked my tee-shirt.
